I believe that buying and selling a home is about establishing your gut instinct.

When you start to look for homes, you are finding out what size, price point, location, floorplan, and amenities work for you.  Together, we explore homes and you discover that when you walk in to the right place, you will know.  Once that happens, we will work with your lender on crafting an offer that meets your needs.  The next step is to conduct a home inspection to discover what items you need to have fixed or addressed.  We will find those items that have become apparent in your "gut-check" moments.  After we have gone through this process, we will navigate the financial path and arrive at the closing. Together.

When you work with me to sell your home, we are working to find the buyer who will be the next steward of your property. We will prepare your home for the marketing process, work together to find the price-point that is supported by the comparable sales, and continually monitor the market. We will review offers and navigate the inspection process, appraisal, and work-orders to get to the closing. Together.
